We are currently looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Manager, with primary focus on the PPC, who can be an important contributor to our Marketing Team and increase the revenue streams.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our pay-per-click advertising strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our PPC campaigns are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness for our own assets and campaigns.
Requirements
The right candidate should bring to our remote delivery-focus team:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, or PPC Manager or any relevant Digital Marketing Role.
- Strong Expertise in PPC platforms (primarily in Google Ads).
- Google Ads certifications.
- Ability to manage multi-market & multi-language campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO and web analytics.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
- Strong ability to work with a fully/semi-remote team (2h+- CET)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict negotiation/resolution and stakeholder engagement
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Business requirement understanding without being meeting savvy.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills in day-to-day situations without disturbing the team's working flow
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop innovative and effective PPC strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Campaign Management: Manage, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, and (optionally) social media platforms.
- Budget Management: Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize campaign performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Keyword Research and Selection: Conduct extensive keyword research and select high-performing keywords to target specific audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, including SEO specialists, content creators, and graphic designers, to align PPC campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with PPC industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
